The event, part of the DANTE EDIH project, took place on December 5, 2023, at the Calenzano Design Campus. The theme was Innovative Technological Services for Well-being and Active Aging in the Tuscany Region's Living Environment System.

The event was attended by 60 people, including companies, social cooperatives, research organizations, and professional firms. After an initial presentation of the DANTE EDIH project, three roundtable discussions were held, attended by all attendees. The sessions aimed to explore innovation scenarios, foster mutual understanding, initiate collaborations, and ultimately develop RS projects.

The three working groups were divided as follows:
1. AI Theme: Artificial intelligence and virtual/augmented reality to support care (wearable devices, information technology, etc.) for the elderly and informal caregivers
2. SPACE Theme: Technological and design solutions for housing models focused on well-being and active aging in high-profile residential settings
3. ESO Theme: Aids for reducing and supporting load handling in home care (target: caregiver) (exoskeletons, sensors, robotics, mechatronic handling)
