The initiatives involved the seven production chains of the Valdelsa area, focusing on human capital through meetings such as the Researchers Career Day between companies and researchers from the three regional universities—the University of Florence, the University of Siena, and the University of Pisa—for all types of skills: design, communication, forestry, marketing, engineering, AI, robotics, energy, and electrical engineering. This gave companies the opportunity to establish future collaborations, each in their own professional field.

The inaugural conference, entitled "The Future Is Today. Skills for Competitiveness," featured a series of key speakers, including Luca Schionato of Almalaurea, who presented "Human Resources as the Main Driver of Growth: Professional and Training Needs in the Province of Siena and Tuscany in the Next 5 Years." This was followed by a roundtable discussion on the topic of human capital with Francesco Morace – sociologist and writer, Nicola Rossi – HR & strategic consultant, Bernard Dika – Head of Youth Policies for the Tuscany Region, Cristiana Bartolucci – Director of CESF, Scuola Edile Perugia, Valentina Marchesini – Head of HR for Marchesini Group, and Claudio Balestri – General Manager of the SAIHUB Foundation.

An afternoon was dedicated to the Technician Placement Day, where local companies were able to meet with selected candidates for potential future job opportunities. This event aimed to facilitate contact with the world of work in a context where companies are facing significant challenges related to the shortage of qualified personnel.

The Territorimpresa festival concluded its activities with a conference presenting the results and all the activities of this second edition of the festival. During the conference, the concept for the redesign of industrial areas was also discussed, together with the University of Florence – Department of Architecture (DIDA) and representatives of the municipalities of Poggibonsi, Monteriggioni, Colle di Val d'Elsa, and San Gimignano.

The Festival's activities will continue in the coming months, with additional orientation seminars planned with local schools and workshops for students of all ages at participating companies.
